I really think you should check out the cloth nappy workshop. The welcoming eco crew is super passionate and knowledgeable, sharing their insights in a friendly and open manner. It’s a chill space to look into your choices without any pressure.

"Missing Order"
I placed an order for three advent calendars. One showed up in just two days, but the other two are still MIA. It's been three weeks now, and I'm not holding my breath for them to show up. I won't be using friendly eco again.

"Awesome Items"
Awesome items, just like I thought they’d be. The one downside is the odor; they came with a bit of a musty scent, and even my 6-year-old picked up on it. I usually wash clothes before wearing them anyway. The package was well put together, eco-friendly, and included a 10% discount for my next buy, which is a nice touch. Plus, the delivery was super quick. Thanks a ton! Anna

"Service with a Smile"
The soaps and storage products showed up in excellent shape. For a week now, I've been using just these soaps, and honestly, I can't find anything wrong with them. I feel fresher, and my skin and hair are already feeling much better.
Freya was super understanding, quick to respond, and really helpful, even with the delivery hiccups caused by the Royal Mail strike, which was totally out of anyone's hands.
I can't complain about the service at all. I'm definitely coming back for more, as I'm working on cutting down my reliance on Amazon.

"Awesome Company"
I've placed orders here a few times and they've been fantastic!! The second time, I got a refund right away for an item that was out of stock, and they even included a little extra gift as an apology with the items that did come. The quality is top-notch and it's a lovely business xx

"Super Soft Cotton Material 💗"
This organic cotton is incredibly soft! I picked up a dress as a present for my niece's birthday, and I'm excited to see her twirling in it 🥰 The shipping was on the house due to a special deal. Big thanks! I’d definitely suggest this store for all your cloth nappy requirements as well. We got a 'fox print' little lamb nappy wrap, and it’s completely waterproof.

"Super simple online shopping experience"
This online shopping experience was super simple. We got some chocolates for stockings and a few other things. One clothing piece turned out to be out of stock, but the refund was handled right away by some really friendly folks.

"Tony's is the best!"
I picked up a couple of items as a present for a buddy, since we both adore Tony's. I decided to send her a flavor she hadn't tasted yet (there's just so many to pick from!!). I've also been raving about the fantastic soap saver, so I included one of those along with a bar of cinnamon soap. Long story short, she was thrilled! The delivery was super quick, and the customer service was truly excellent 💜 This little shop has my heart 💙

"Fantastic Products and Staff at This Staple Hill Gem"
I popped into the new store and wow, I was blown away by how bright, airy, and inviting it is. It's packed with the most beautiful items, from reusable nappies to eco-friendly soap, clothes, and toys. I was on the hunt for some reusable sanitary pads, and let me tell you, the selection here is the best in Bristol. You can snag two pads for just £8 or £9, which is a steal compared to other eco shops that charge way more. Plus, the designs of the pads are really nice too. The team is absolutely wonderful; they were super helpful and explained the best ways to care for and wash the products. I wholeheartedly recommend checking out this lovely shop! :)

"Purchased Lanka Kade wooden toys..."
I got some Lanka Kade wooden figures and they showed up in perfect condition. The quality of these toys is fantastic, and my little ones, aged 1 and 2, are really into them. Plus, the delivery was speedy, so I’ll surely be ordering from this store again.
